Resolution

The resolution of a story is the unfolding or solution of a complicated issue in a story.  The resolution and the climax of the story tie together. The event and action of her visiting the victims and their families ties together with the final scene. This meant that her going to the houses, talking to the newspapers, the parents , and putting together the big event for the victims. This event was to brig closure to these families and friends closer , it also was a great way to show Valerie’s character development. Showing how much her interactions changed with each character like her mom, dad, Jessica, Ginny Baker, and Dr. Hieler’s family. This, mostly, is the ending of the book. Then this caused Valerie to move on from her high school life and grow and have a fresh start when she gets into college.
